Poor Fisherman's Lobster
- 2 lbs. halibut fillets or halibut cheeks
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup salt
- 1/2 gal. water
- Lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Johnny's Seafood Seasoning
- Cut halibut in 1 to 2 inch chunks.
- Add sugar and salt to boiling water.
- Add halibut to water, when halibut floats remove with slotted spoon
- Melt butter, lemon juice, and seasoning together. Drizzle over fish on platter and serve.
