Halibut Spread
Ingredients
- 2 cups poached, flaked halibut
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons minced onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 3 tablespoons pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 dashes Tabasco
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard, mayonnaise or salad dressing to moisten
Instructions
- Combine above ingredients.
- Use as a sandwich filling or as a spread for crackers or canapés. Makes 3 cups.
