Halibut Fingers
Ingredients
- 2 halibut fillets
- Garlic-flavored oil
- Finely grated cheese
- Fine bread or cracker crumbs
- Paprika - optional
Instructions
- Cut halibut into fingers 2-by-2-by-4-inches.
- Dip in oil, then in cheese and then in fine crumbs.
- Arrange on a foil-lined cookie sheet.
- Sprinkle liberally with paprika if desired.
