Eat on the Wild Side


Halibut Fingers


  • 2 halibut fillets
  • Garlic-flavored oil
  • Finely grated cheese
  • Fine bread or cracker crumbs
  • Paprika - optional


  1. Cut halibut into fingers 2-by-2-by-4-inches.
  2. Dip in oil, then in cheese and then in fine crumbs.
  3. Arrange on a foil-lined cookie sheet.
  4. Sprinkle liberally with paprika if desired.
  5. Bake at 500 degrees for 10 minutes.
