Ingredients (all amounts approximate)

  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Zest of one orange
  • Minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients and marinade halibut in it.
  2. Barbecue.
