Beer Batter Halibut Cubes


  • 1  1/4lb. halibut filet, cut in 1 inch cubes

Batter Blend

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp minced onion
  • Sprinkle of dill weed
  • Sprinkle of italian seasoning


  1. Pour in beer into batter until consistency of pancake batter
  2. Heat 1/2 inch oil to 375 degrees. Thoroughly coat halibut cubes and fry to golden brown, turning once. Halibut is done when it looses its translucency
