Beer Batter Halibut Cubes
Ingredients
- 1 1/4lb. halibut filet, cut in 1 inch cubes
Batter Blend
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp minced onion
- Sprinkle of dill weed
- Sprinkle of italian seasoning
Instructions
- Pour in beer into batter until consistency of pancake batter
- Heat 1/2 inch oil to 375 degrees. Thoroughly coat halibut cubes and fry to golden brown, turning once. Halibut is done when it looses its translucency
